I am very happy to have come across this company and in particular the actual contact Rick. I called this company for... their service because of their reviews and the seemingly famous Rick everyone praises in their reviews. I gotta say they are on point legit. Rick is an extremely personable and responsive individual who seems to enjoy what he does. He explains things in detail, answers your calls and puts you at ease of any uncertainties you may have. Given that most places in Miami have awful customer service, this company (and in particular Rick) shine like a super diamond admidst the darkness. I contracted them for termite service and given my experience with them, I will definitely be getting the yearly service. Another reason I liked this company is because of their environmentally friendly approach. I hope this review helps others who are in the process of searching for a great company.read more

I definitely recommend Florida State Tent-Less Termite Treatment. Rick has been servicing our home for several years.... We always sign up for the yearly agreement, and every time we need service Rick is very responsive and comes to our home very quickly to resolve any termite issues. He is very friendly and respectful to everyone.read more

Everything posted so far about Rick is spot on: knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and an all around nice... guy!My wife and I recently purchased our first home and had some apprehension about tenting but weren't completely confident in the alternatives. Rick helped convince us that Florida State Tent-less Termite Treatment would put our concerns to rest. Both the inspection and actual treatment were timely and Rick even went the extra mile to help us clear out the attic before we even committed to using his services.I have already passed along FSTTT's (and specifically Rick's) information to two individuals and will continue to do so.read more

Was very happy with the job done on my elderly Mother's older wood frame house.Was a very big job and what was done... was way better than I thought would be done.
